Do I start collecting the new Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 8 comic or do I save my money and wait for the trade paperback, even though that'll be ages away yet?
At the moment, logic and reason seem to be winning out over fannish id and I'm leaning towards saving my money. It's been nearly four years since BtVS finished - I've waited this long for official new Joss Whedon-penned canon, I think I can hang on a bit longer.

Potentially this could be really good fun, especially since Joss Whedon
will be writing the first few issues and overseeing the rest. Not sure
yet whether I'll be tracking it down as soon as it comes out or not,
but that's more because I find individual comic issues too damn short
and prefer to read them when they're all collected together.
Meanwhile heave_ho is celebrating its second anniversary by airing The Hundred Worst Lines in the Caribbean. One hundred exquisite little gems of badfic awfulness: you will not read anything funnier today.
